What is a credit?
Each query uses credits. The base cost depends on complexity — very large results or schemas may incur small surcharges.
Simple query
Quick facts and simple aggregations. e.g. "How many customers do we have?"
Standard analysis
Joins, groupings, comparisons. e.g. "Top 10 products by revenue per region"
Complex analysis
Subqueries, window functions, CTEs. e.g. "Compare revenue trends by region vs last year"
Surcharges: +1 credit per 5,000 result rows. Provider token counting does not change the price of the same analysis.
Credits can be purchased anytime: 100 for CHF 5, 500 for CHF 20, 1,500 for CHF 50, 5,000 for CHF 140.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What is a credit?
Credits are the currency for queries. Simple questions start at 1 credit, analyses with joins at 2, complex queries at 3. Very large result sets may add small surcharges, but the same analysis is not priced differently just because providers count tokens differently. Most queries cost 1–3 credits. You can buy more or upgrade anytime.
Is my data stored?
No. We only store schema metadata (table names, columns). Your data stays in your database.
Which databases are supported?
PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, REST APIs, online URLs, CSV, Excel, JSON files, and documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT).
Is there an API?
Yes. All features are available through our REST API.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all common credit cards and PayPal via our payment provider Stripe.
